Ideal Boiler FF270

Hi

I have aproblem with my boiler the pilot light is on but no heat or hot water.

Any ideas please.

Sounds like the gas valve may be kaput.

This will need a RGI to look at it and test, then replace if necessary.

These can be one of the most awkward gas valves to replace
