Ideal Evo HE 22 flashing Zero and 3 Bars

The boiler has been going to L/F which we have needed to reset perhaps once a day for the last couple of weeks but has now changed to 0/3bars, like an’E’ without the vertical part. It’s not in the manual and Ideal are saying registered and we’ll send someone out to have a look. Probably to say “hmm .. that’s not an error I’ve seen before, but the call out is £xxx please”.
Has anyone seen this before, any ideas?

The boiler is signalling that it is over heating, turn power off at spur and back on again and it should reset

That looks good. I had turned it off on the boiler and it had made no difference, but after leaving for an hour and turning off at the fused spur. It’s now working again. Thanks
