Am having my old Baxi boiler and immersion system replaced with this combi. Is this a good choice for a 1930's semi d'état he'd 3 bed, 8 rads and 1 bath. Have not been able to find much about this boiler. Opinions welcome.

I've fitted a few for landlords. They choose them because they are cheap. That's not to say I've had any problems with them.
I always make sure they are fitted to manufactures instructions, including thoroughly cleaning the system.
That way, ir you service it yearly, you will have a five year warranty

Not a bad boiler but think about going for the 30 if you use the bath regularly. Hot water flow rate from any 24Kw combi is not great.
