Hello can anyone help, been to a job, isar24He, I have cleaned and made sure that I have the correct gap on the electrodes, I have had the flue gas analyser on set up to 8.49co2 30ppm & 0.0003/0.0004. (full rate)

The problem is that when I leave the propety i am getting called about a hour later.
It all set up and tested. DHW on it fires up and works ok /Heating fires up and working ok, both on together they works ok. But I leave the property they are calling me saying its making a noise, I have heard it myself and I sound like it over gassed, I have been back 2 time, also been on the phone to ideal about it, but did not give me any more clues, I have also made sure the cond-trap is not blocked, can you please give me any idea’s to sort it.
sorry forgot to say DHW is not the best,

if it sounds like a fog horn check the trap/condensate isn't blocked, the sediment from the heat exchanger drys rock hard so ya might need to replace the trap
