Hi chaps.

Isar he30 leakong

It absolutely looked like it was leaking from the dhw out seal on the heat exchanger plate. So replaced it and the seals as got a good deal on a reconditioned one.
Turns out wasn't that and exact same leak dripping.

So from what I can gather it looks like the diverter manifold itself may be leaking, not from the pipe entry but possibly a crack just out of sight which is dropping down and making it look like it's coming out of the seal.
Do you think the manifold itself is likely split it had a pin hole? Really can't see how it can be coming from anywhere else but this option!!
How hard is it to replace as they are cheap enough, there's no guide in the service manual. I replaced the heat exchanger no problem and have done a lit of plumbing back in my teens long time ago so am no layman.

And yes I know these boilers are rubbish and I'm best of replacing it ... Which I will in a year or so am saving and money is ridiculously tight at min. And fact is this boiler hasn't gave me one ounce of problem in 13 yrs til now so fair play to it.

Desperately just need another 18month out of it!

Heating is fine no pressure loss, I just turn off the cold water between needing hw at the min as it drips soon as water is turned back on

Any help appreciated fellas.

Cheers
