Whats the 15mm plastic pipe from the bottom of this heater for? Is it prv vent and if so shouldn't it be in copper.
Water inside combustion chamber of this boiler, wheres it coming from and would it necessitate replacement of boiler?

This is a condensing boiler so it produces water in the combustion chamber which goes to a drain via a plastic pipe.

I am not certain that this boiler has a pressure relief valve built in, I rather think not. If it did then it should be pipes to a safe place outside with copper pipe.
