I was going to swap the fill valve on this toilet the flush valve isn't the best either it looks to me a 2inch flush valve could i swap for a fluidmaster flush valve. Or would it need to be an ideal flush valve?

If you mean swap without removing the cistern then it would need to be ideal, otherwise remove the cistern and fit whatever brand you desire (as long as it works).

Yes I need to remove cistern. It's an ideal one. Looks to be 2 inch. Would there be any issues fitting a fluidmaster flush valve?

Thanks the fluidmaster is 1.5 inch with an convetor rubber washer for 2 inch holes
