Identify 2 pin connector

I've now made up the ROV connector, but the ROV battery is drawing 0 amp when connected to the 12v charger.
The ground station draws 1 amp when on charge.
I need to now establish if the 12v from the charger is getting to the ROV battery.
This involves stripping down the pressurised/waterproof housing which is not going to be a simple task without a maintenance manual.
