Identifying/servicing dehumidifier components

Can anyone advise, please, whether the fan motor labelled J238-5343 can be serviced?
I suspect the bearings are getting worn.
A parts search shows similar but not identical axle designs.
edit: it is marked Jakel Inc. on the bearing housing.

In the same equipment there's this Sanwa beastie labelled TT15CUT00904X, which has defied google so far.
Any suggestions what it might be?
There's a very flush 'clockwise-only' plastic slot presented outside the case to the user, near the mains input.
