IKEA dishwasher DWFB10 failure

Hi I own an IKEA dishwasher model DWFB10.
It stopped this morning.
I followed the diagnostic instructions I found on this site and the light flashed 11 times which i understand is an OWI failure.

Is the OWI the black oval thing made up of criss/cross bits of plastic that I can see in the sump when I take out the filter? And is that what Whirlpool seem to be selling as a pressure switch.

Sorry this is a bit vague but I need to understand what an OWI is so I can buy and fit the replacement.

Has anyone fitted this replacement before ? Do I fit it from underneath the machine?
