immersion heater off mains?

Hi, just wondering if theres an easy way of powering an immersion heater off a mains 3 pin plug. theres no wiring in my house yet except for plugs near mains and would be brilliant if we could get some hot water going.

If your flex lead to the immersion is long enough then by all means fit a plug, Just remember to unplug after use.

don't connect to a socket with adaptors though. Just run the heater on it's own
