In-line/Instantaneous Water Heater with Thermostatic Valves

We are converting a small stable and space constraints mean that there will be no cold water/hot water tanks and I will have to use instatantaneous electric water heating. I would like to have a concealed thermostatic valve for the shower. Has anyone any recommendations for doing this.

Alternatively can anyone recommend electric showers that have the appearance of a concealed thermostatic valve.
