inactive pipe on heating system from removed rad

If a rad has been taken out leaving about 3 metres of 10mm pipe inactive at the lowest part of the system on both flow and return, is this a problem? Should the pipe be blanked off nearer the main circuit?

Wont cause a problem to the flow of the system, if it don't bother you leave it.
