indesit 1dl530, 2 + 3rd leds flashing??

Hello,

Had a call from my in-laws who's 530 dish washer will not work. it seems like it is going to run as normal, but the 2+3 rd leds just flash and nothing happens. Any ideas please?

filling problem check the fill hose is not kinked /tap turned off /frozen pipe.
