Indesit D41 dishwasher not cleaning top tray...seal?

Our Indesit D41 dishwasher has not been cleaning the top tray very well over the past few weeks. I had a look at it last week and noticed that the seal which seals the rotating arm to the water feed as a part of the top tray seemed to be a bit worn. I cleaned it out and re-tightened it and all was well for a week or so. I've had a look at the seal again and it does seem quite worn.

I think the fact that the seal is worn means that the water is leaking out before it gets into the rotating arm. Therefore there not being enough water feed to clean all of the top tray dishes?

Does anyone agree or have experience of this? If so does anyone know where I can get a new seal from?

buy a new spray arm search it on google it is quite a common fault
