Regularly keeps showing fault 08, can\\\'t find the instruction book to see what is happening can anyone help?

8 is "heater relay cannot be activated".
Heater relay is on the main pcb. May or may not be the cause of the fault.
Not the best of machines and tricky to diagnose correctly.
