Machine not pumping out, have checked/cleaned filter, looks like pump fault, any other checks I should do? How do I get at/remove pump?

Is the pump humming. Check waste pipe and spigot on sink first.

Hi, have done waste pipe checks, all OK. Pump does not hum. Think I will replace pump, how do I get it out, disconnect hoses etc?

At the front is 4 screws. Remove them then tip the machine back and disconnect the two black hoses then pull the off the power plug Job done. Check the pump for power cos sometimes it can blow the pcb as well

Great info, thanks for that- off to get on with it.
That's it done, not too bad even for 73 year old with creaking knees. No 5p or 1p coins in this house, a £1 coin fell out once I disconnected the discharge hose but___could not even blow thro' discharge hose!!! Got it out and Cleared out a wee plug of wet tissue with my garage tap, hose is a bit too long and had been looped round behind machine, that's probably where problem started, will shorten that a bit and eliminate loop. No need for new pump, going fine now, seemed to shreik a bit first time on but all settled down, great. Thanks again.

Hi, back with new problem. Machine did not complete last wash, leaving it wet and unsound, error code F01, any ideas why?

Fo1 is a triac fault in the pcb. Check and refit connections on pcb. Check motor brushes. If it still does it then pcb has gone.

Hello again, got the top off now, what's best to access pc's and motor?

Hi, I see a panel so will get that off too, it's an IWE 81681 Eco is the pcb bottom left from the back, does it come out? Sorry about all the questions, maybe I should get somebody in.

Yes it does come out. Screw on the side against the cabinet.
