Indesit WG1285WG washing machine leaking

My indesit washing machine is leaking alot during filling. I replaced the dispenser hose at this was faulty but unluckily it is leaking somewhere else as well.

I think the leak is from a small screw on the underside of the drum which does not have a rubber washer, I dont even know what the screw is for as it is the only one which screws into the drum wall!!. Should this screw have a rubber washer on it? How can I stop the leak?

apparently this screw could be the heater anchor!?! - any help would be appreciated.

If the screw is in the bottom centre near the filter is a heater bollard and holds the bollard in for the heater to stop it flapping about .there's no washer goes round it it just tightens up if it dont you have a problem.
