Indesit WIA101 flashing led - problem??

Ive search for this related problem with the make and model of my washing machine first but nothing came up.

Ive got a Indesit WIA101 - Ive had it 6 months.

For the past 2 days ive noticed that the pre wash LED the top one is flashing when the machine is not in use - even when the program toggle is set to off.

Ive tried turning it off at the mains and waiting etc - but it just continues to flash.

Ive heard it may be stuck on a wash - Is that the case??

Anyone got a more accurate and detailed idea of the problem?

Id appreciate some help if any one could help

Still under warranty, call Indesit and they'll be able to advise / repair.
