Indesit WIXL143 Washing Machine - 6 lights flashing

Can anyone advise what the fault is here..?

The 5 x horizontal lights (inc door lock) are all flashing, along with the bottom vertical light (extra spin / 9h).

Been some strange patterns of flashing light over recent weeks, but powering off and back on at mains whilst holding power button would sort it. Now nothing will clear the lights and therefore unable to use the machine.
