Indesit WM12 W/Machine Door Stuck Help Plz

We have just came back from holidays with a pile of dirty clothes our Indesit WM12 washing machine's door is jammed closed with a wash in it.
The handle is loose and floppy and will not open.I take it the hinge/lock is broken ?
It is still under warranty but Indesit can not send anyone out until next tuesday :shock:
I need to get the door open ASAP any help please......
