indesit wm12x heater relay stuck

I have an indesit wm12x when i turn it on the knob continually turns+ the light flashes 7 times which i think means the heater relay is stuck!
Does anyone know what this involves for fixing?

Heater relay is on the pcb. Check the connections are tight on pcb otherwise new pcb req.

where do i find the pcb?
if it needs a new1 what would be the cost?

In the back corner , recon pcb from emw cost about 45 quid.
