Indian stone Patio - Calculating amount of type 1?

Hi all

In process of digging out before a lay an Indian stone stone patio.

How much compacted Type1 1 do I require is there a calf for when it whacked ?

I’m looking to lay membrane first.
The. Type 1 whacked.
Then sandstone on 50mm/2” full bed.

So I need a slurry or SBR to the backs of the sandstone?

Looking to lay honed/finished Kandla Grey.
