Do I have to use the injector tee on the return when using a mid position valve on the flow?

Im reading it as a spreader tee. so maybe wrong
Injector tee is for spreading water as it enters into the heat exch and has nothing to do with whether a mid position is used or not

You do not use any valves in the flow or return to a solid fuel boiler. If it's not solid fuel, why do you need an injector tee?
