You are clearly very good with parts numbers but I am not!

Can you post a picture of it?

Whats wrong with it ?

Tony

Still thinking about this.

The CF55 41 407 94 used the Honeywell 1049 valve pt/n 078560

The 4700e was used on the classic and others but not the elan as far as I know.

In any case the inlet manifold is part of the replacement gas valve, with the union nut.

No its not , its part of the boiler and was usually attached to gas valve with 4 screws and an O ring

Have a look around the local scrappy is about the only chance

Are you thinking of the gas manifold, the bendy bit of tube..

He did say inlet and not outlet.

youre right mate,it doesnt come with the gas valve as ive bought one and it aint there, the inlet split when when refitting :(

Thats the one DIA and the bit attached to the gas valve on the left with the union is not part of the valve and does not come with it.
The valve is attached using 4 screws and O ring on either side

Whats wrong with your old one? Never, yet, had a problem with these

Shame I took out an Elan 10 days ago and dumped it

Would have thought almost any Honeywell would fit that, I'll have a dig.

DIA i think you will find the part has nothing to do with honeywell its part of the boiler it just happens to be attached to the gas valve,

What I was saying is it's probably a generic part that fits all Honeywell gas valves of that era.
