I read, in the Sunday Times, I think, that BG got over 100 applicants per vacancy.
I also read that BG gas workers who fitted boilers voted for a strike last month, although the action was withdrawn as the management started talking to the union.
It all sounds a bit risky. Just the environment a gung-ho management like to operate in.
