Hi,
I'm completly repacing my bathroom and will be installing a thermostatic mixer shower with a twin impellar pump to boost the pressure from my gravity fed system. I've read conflicting information on connection of this type of pump/shower combination so do I have to connect the cold inlet directly to the cold tank or can I use existing pipework which is either 15mm supplying a bidet (getting removed) or 22mm to the bath (the pump has 15mm connectors).
My understanding is that the thermostatic mixer removes the need for a direct connection to the cold water tank.
Thanks
Chris
