So I have a 1970's dormer styled semi and I want to know the best was off insulating the gap in the pic between the wall and ceiling.
I want to add PIR board directly behind the wall between the studs as the bedrooms and bathroom get very cold in winter and very hot in summer. Will this be ok or do I need to do anything else regarding vapor barrier? Also how thick PIR board would be suitable?
