Insulating floor joists, part new build and existing

Hi all

ready to board all of the ceilings and need to get insulating between the joists from downstairs.

going with a 100mm wool type purely down to budget reasons

the house is a mixture or cavity and cobb (alot more cavity), the uninsulated cavity has been filled

any good advice on methods, materials and any deals that are out there?

would this do the job, its not going in the loft going in the ceiling downstairs
