Insulation for garden office soffit?

I have built a garden office and I need help in determining whether I need to insulate the area where the soffit is, where the overhang is at the front, back and sides. Some say leave the area clear for air flow and others say insulate it. I have insulated the roof, walls and floor. The office wont be used as an everyday thing, just every now and then. Any help would be appreciated.

You insulate above ceiling level thats it...not the eaves, soffits or verges.
