Insulation in bay window framework?

Most diy stores sell it now. Obviously building merchants will be cheaper then b and q etc. But you won't need much
 
Well I did look in b&q but perhaps my local store isnt big enough to stock it. We have some builders merchants nearby though. How much would you estimate it will cost for around 3 sqaure meters?
