Integrated dishwasher problem. CANDY AA Class CDI 2012.
Hi. I have the above dishwasher. It is managing to bring water in ok at the start but once the arms are supposed to turn in the cycle I get a 'pulsing sound'. (about 1sec on & 2 sec off) The arms don't appear to be spinning.
I have tried cleaning arms out - not blocked
I've tipped machine backwards to reset level but didn't help.
All inlet and outlet hoses don't appear blocked or kinked.

I have seen others mention a self test for this machine but have been unable to get this test done.
anyone have any exact instructions for this or any suggestions as to what is wrong with my machine would be greatly appreciated?
