Interior window sealant cracked

Moved into new house and the windows were horrible. Cleaned and scraped all the old sealant off and applied new internal frame sealant ready for painting. No shrinkage etc from geocel.

However one month later it's cracked again.

Is there anything else I can do? Better frame sealant etc
Windows just don't like nice if the surrounding area isn't up to to scratch.

The bottom pic has actually cracked along sill so should be viewed sideways. The sill looks a bit messy as it has been sanded so showing a few different tones.

Hi, I would suggest you use a PVC trim to hide the cracks, either a quadrant (which is a quarter circle profile) or a D trim. They are fixed in place with silicon or a grab adhesive and you just silicon down the edges. Looks really neat when done.
