Same as a biasi whateveritis.

Wouldn't go wrong for me. While I was fumbling about with the timer on the front the CH came on, and the HW worked ok. CH off, HW still OK.

Tenant says HW often doesn't work, but sometimes will come on if the CH is put on - and please please can she have a manual for the timer! (which I have)

I'm thinking maybe DV motor head, some sort of wiring or switch fault, or pcb. Anyone had similar?
 
Wouldnt CH come on temporarily if was motor head.

We installed loads of the biasi version and very rarely see any faults. (not helpfull i know)
 
The diverter valve rests int he DHW mode so is most unlikely to be a diverter valve motor.

Thats if the gland is not leaking into the motor of course.
