Building some studwork in an extension. Plan to use 4 x 2 cls which is 38mm x 89mm size too.
What does size too mean? These are all in b&q.

Second question...

Been looking at door linings and rebated casings and not too sure which to use.
The rebated casings seem ok and I have got my head round these.

My question is regarding the lining sets which come with loose stops.
These stops seem small and inadequate and I am not sure how they fit with regard to the door.

So which would be the best option.

Thanks.

Andy.

cls isn't really ideal for studwork, you need to get some proper 4x2. 5 1'4 door linings are what you need. You would normally hang your doors first, fit the latches and then pin the door stops round to suit. rebated linings are normally for going into garages etc and are normally too narrow for studwork(no room for 2 plasterboard skins) forget B&Q and get down to a timber yard, far cheaper and the right stuff.
