I don't really expect a solution, but no harm in asking for suggestions. I picked up a really cheap IP Cam up, with no software and no instructions. It looks similar to this - https://mobi.aliexpress.com/item/4000239046354.html

It shows as an Access Point, named 'DGOA-952386-LNCYF', which I can connect to, but obviously then I need to configure it and set it on my network, which where I am stumped. V380 software doesn't scan and find it. I've tried Digoo software, which didn't find it either.

I also picked up long ago, another rather more sophisticated cam, with PTZ, HD, marked a V380, which works with V380 software on both laptop and Iphone - I am just struggling to get it working with some general purpose software for any camera - Ispy, and/or Agent. That shows as an MV 38758629. I've tried several V380 configurations of those offered, but no luck yet.
