The battery on my 1.6 mondeo died and wouldn't start even with a jump start so I put the battery on it from my 3.0 v6 Mercedes-Benz.
Im not using the Mercedes atm cos it needs some work so I figured use the battery off that for now until I source a replacement one for the mondeo

The car starts fine with the Mercedes-Benz battery on but since fitting it the driver side window switch font work and neither do the interior lights so I assume the battery has blown the fuses or something

Am i okay to continue to drive with the mercedes battery on the mondeo? It'll only be temporary until I get the new battery .

As long as the battery is connected correctly ie red to +ve and black to -ve terminals and is secured in place it should be OK.
It won't have caused the problems you mention.

Is the battery fully charged? The Mondeo will shut down non-essential bits of the electrical system when the battery voltage is low.
