Is my existing wall socket wiring sufficient for a 5.2kW oven?

Hi. I've replaced my single oven (which was on a domestic 13A plug!) with a dual fuel range (gas hobs). The electrics are rated at 5.2kW so I need to add an isolator and connection unit. The wiring to the double wall socket is ideally placed but I'm not sure if it's thick enough.

How do you come to this statement?

Please advise the characteristics of the circuit.
Including:
Size of MCB or fuse, size of cable, what is connected to this circuit at the moment.

PS, why do you want an isolator?
