Bit of a stupid question probably but I know v little about gas boilers. With the fine weather we are having I have set out wireless thermostat to the off position as there is no need for heating. Can someone explain to me why my Baxi combi boiler sounds like it fires up for a period of time yet no heating or hot water is on? Should this be happening, as I am used to oil boilers that when off are truly off. Cheers
