hi guys

i propose to to add a double socket from my cooker control unit
the mcb at momemt is 32amp will change to 16amp
the double socket will be for oven (2.15kw) via 13amp plug
and ignition for gas hob via 13amp plug

will use 2.5m cable to supply the double socket
the cooker control unit is new 45amp dp with socket
when i change the mcb to 15/16amp will the new ccu still be 45amp!

the cable from cu to ccu is larger than i was planning on using for the double socket will this be a problem
_____________________________________________________________

also i have a heater in the kitchen connected via a fused connection unit
the fused connection unit is located a top of the ceiling and heater half way down the wall
is it possible to get rid of the heater and fused connection unit
the reason i ask is i want to extend the cable using a junction box which will be left in ceiling
and then place a fcu to a single socket (washing machine)

sorry guys for the story can anyone shed any light on this please
