We have an intermittent issue with the underfloor heating. The manifold pump doesn't always activate. Turning the boiler off and restarting it seems to sort it. Any ideas please before I get someone out just so it appears I know what I'm talking about.

First thing would be is test if 240 v at the pump when it doesn’t run , if yes faulty pump if not it will need tracing back and this will depend on type of set up you have.
