Taken this morning from one of my favourite spots, had the camera in the car and decided to stop and take a piccie (the weathers turned a bit nicer!)

Is this picture in your area ? On the right side of the picture, is it a pier ?

Would be nice sitting in the lounge with a balcony and the view, oh well, no harm in dreaming !

Your Front lawn looks like it needs a trim, and how about a coat of something on that bench seat?

That's the back garden, I tend to the front garden front garden more.
