Hi all,

I finally managed to kill a mega ivy root, using a drill and fill with roundup technique.

It’s been nearly a year and I managed to strip most of it from the wall but the last 15% is an absolute nightmare to remove.

Anyone got any clever tips for getting the ‘hairy’ stuff off?

Cheers!
J

Use a decorators knife to slip behind it. But if you can’t remove without damaging the wall, and are sure it is no longer attached to the root it will rot naturally with time.
