Wow...now that is a rare one!
EH1 indicates mains voltage or frequency is outside nominal values; Or....your pcb has gone awol.
Have you had an unstable supply in your area?...power cuts, thunder storms, voltage spikes, anything of that nature?
It doesn't have a magic ctrl-alt-del if that's what you mean. All you can do is cancel the alarm via diagnostics, but that isn't a cure for anything.
Go into diagnostics & check the alarm log...: Turn the machine off. Press & hold in the start/pause button + the nearest option button. Turn the program selector one position clockwise (still holding in the two buttons until the LED's start flashing). Release the buttons & turn the program selector 9 more positions clockwise to position 10. Note the last alarm code. Press & hold the same two buttons again until the alarm is erased. Turn the machine off-on-off, then run a new wash cycle & see what happens. Note any new alarm...then go into diagnostics again to check the alarm sub-code.
