Problems with John Lewis washer dryer

Does anyone have a John Lewis washer dryer - specifically model JLBIWD1403 or similar model.
We are having problems with the digital display, timings of wash cycles and energy saving mode not auto switching off - despite having the control panel replaced , still not working properly !
Can anyone help ???? , as service people not very helpful at all.

I'd take it back to John Lewis as they have a really good returns policy, my mrs took a kettle back as it broke after 6 months, they exchanged it without question.

Turn to drain and start appliance once operating press and hold in both the start/pause button and the button to the left of it at the same time and post the error code thats displayed.
