John Lewis JLTDC10 Tumble Dryer Error E60

Hi all

im looking for some advice - John Lewis JLTDC10 Tumble Dryer is throwing up "Error E60" - tumble dryer appears to all intents and purposes to be working, its spins round etc, but temperature of clothes is luke warm and not drying them.

P502867 model on the sticker

ive cleaned out both filters top and bottom.

ANyone any suggestions. Machine is approaching 5 years old.
