Plan 1

Filibuster in house of Lords by Tory peers

hey will seek to filibuster in the upper chamber to prevent a motion being voted on which would ensure the legislation can be passed before Parliament is prorogued.

A total of 86 amendments have been tabled to a motion by Labour’s leader in the Lords

Plan 2
Boris could try and stop it from becoming law.

That only happens when the Queen rubber stamps it and gives it Royal Assent.

Traditionally bills are bundled together and put on Her Majesty's desk when there's a few to sign - as not to bother her too much.

And the Government chooses when to do this.

Boris could not put the bill forward for Royal Assent and wait until Parliament is prorogued

Plan 3
Veto in EU

If, later on down the line, Boris is forced to go cap in hand to the EU, he could try and persuade one of his allies in the EU to try and veto it.

It needs all of the member states to agree before an extension is granted

Johnson has thrown any semblance of honesty out now, he doesnt car he just wants Brexit at any constitutional cost.

But Brexiteers applaud that level of deceipt.
