Can the RGI's on this board give me a rough idea of how much you would expect to pay for power flushing of a system with 22 radiators.

Not me, I'm just a householder. But it will be lots lots lots more than the DIY approach of running X400 through it for a month and cleaning out your Magnaclean every day (which may well take your problem away)
