Karndeen flooring roller

Looking at fitting some karndeen lvt flooring in my bathroom.

The area is small and I will only be laying around 3m2 of flooring.

Two questions to those who would be kind enough to enlighten me;

1) The instructions I have read mention 60kg roller. For such a small area this seems pretty difficult to achieve. How else should I approach this?

2) For bathroom installation what adhesive do you recommend? The installation is on 6mm ply.

You won't need a roller, use your hands to rub in. If you have one use a hand roller.

I'd use PS in a bathroom myself.
