Kenmore won\\\'t fill or drain

Have a Kenmore dishwasher...it won\\\'t fill. When I fill it manually (with a pitcher) it won\\\'t drain also. Could it be a faulty timer?

I am not getting any water in or out. I checked all filters for blockage. What is next to try?

I have the same problem. I have changed the inlet valve and checked all hoses and connections that I have. The drain valve is clean and seems to be moving normally. Hellpp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
